Place your hand over the tape or rule, measure the distance across your hand just above the knuckles, do not include the thumb in this measurement.--- Size 6 will be 73mm --- Size 7 will be 80mm --- Size 7.5 will be 84mm --- Size 8 will be 88mm. --- The accuracy depends on your measuring skills.
